Okay on to this weeks challenge

Have you ever noticed that around spring and summer it seems as though EVERYONE is having a birthday party...I mean really someone, somewhere is celebrating a birthday even when it is COLD and snowing....must just be something about that refreshing beautiful sunny day that brings people to want to have a party............WELL the challenge this week the design team was asked to use the HAPPY BIRTHDAY cut from the HELLO KITTY cart.............so I do believe you can get a few ideas from their designs for all those parties you might have to attend real soon.........I must say that I really love the HELLO KITTY cart, it kind of reminds me of the PAPER DOLL cart...Ones first reaction to these type of carts may be that.....oh no I am not into HELLO KITTY or making PAPER DOLLS, but believe me, they both have so much to offer....you gotta check out their icons...all kinds of cute little cuts that have nothing to do with making paper dolls or Hello Kitty....

CONTEST TIME....................................

I have been searching high and low for a RIBBON CLUB and low and behold I am happy to announce that SWEETARTS PAPERIE is now selling ribbon kits..........Sometimes their ribbon kits will include a few matching embellishments while other times it will strickly be RIBBON ONLY......I am just to excited...If you are like me, I don't think I ever make a project WITHOUT having a piece of ribbon on it...I love ribbon......I collect it....i am a ribbon addict....................So to help start off this awesome new adventure, they are sponsoring their first kit to one lucky bbtb person. This first kit includes embellishments....here is a peek at the contents:

The Ribbon/Embellment set includes:
8, 18inches of ribbon, 5 buttons, 5 flowers and 4 various brads

Okay so what must you do to get your hands on these goodies, well it is simple, just create a project...........(any project) and add some ribbon to it.........Simple Simple Simple....
BUT OH SO FUN....
Deadline for this contest will be APRIL 19TH...AT MIDNIGHT
you have a whole 2 weeks.............
a few other requirements for the contest are:

1. You must use at least one cartridge cut and the project must be NEW STUFF with a blog date no earlier then today 4/5/09
2. All previous bbtb winners are welcome to enter.
3. All international crafters are welcome to ener.

DOODLECHARMS......BUNNY CHALLENGE

The HUNT is on for the cutest BUNNY ever............well I don't think you will have to HUNT for long, this week the designers were asked to use the BUNNY CUT from the DOODLECHARMS cart..............oh my goodness, the team did an amazing job............Each and every one of these BUNNIES are cute, adorable...........If you need some ideas for this up coming Easter Holiday, you have come to the right place.....

STRETCH YOUR IMAGINATION....SPRING WORD CUT

I sure do hope many of you are enjoying some SPRING like weather in your part of town....I must say it looks and feels like SPRING here in California....This week the designers were asked to use the SPRING word from the STRETCH YOUR IMAGINATION cart.......I must say if it doesn't feel or look like SPRING in your part of town, these projects will surely get ya in the SPRING feeling mood....Each of the projects are spectacular...it is truly amazing to see each of the designers come up with sometime totally different each week from the same cut....I love them all this week...couldn't begin to even pick a favorite....

Also I posted a few days ago a post regarding our winner of the FRED TABLE...JANET...Does anyone know her? If she doesn't claim her prize by the end of this week, the team will be choosing a different winner...............SO JANET...............please contact me ASAP....
