CONTEST TIME......CONTEST TIME......

YULP it is CONTEST time again and our sponsor this time around really needs no introduction....if it wasn't for this company, there wouldn't be a BITTEN BY THE BUG, if it wasn't for this company, there wouldn't be a swarm of ladies and gents getting together creating all sorts of wonderful projects from the sounds of a chirp (smile)...yes that's right, the one and only Provo Craft themselves is sponsoring our next contest here at the bbtb.....and what an awesome prize they are donating.....not only one prize but two...Provo Craft is by far the leader in die-cutting machines............So what are the prizes, well for first place, the winner will win a CUTTLEBUG MACHINE....with some dies to go with it and for second place, the winner will win the DESIGN STUDIO software......Awesome, awesome, awesome stuff....Just in time for the holidays..............so................here are the details for this contest.....

I would love the cuttlebug and I have the software but I hold a fundraiser in February called crop out diabetes and it would be an awesome item to give away at the crop. Good luck everyone!!!

I did Halloween Goody Bags for Jacob's Class.

http://dianagibbs.typepad.com/stampin_with_di/2008/06/box-in-a-bag-tutorial.html?cid=119646038
Is the creative genius behind the style of the bag.

The Cricut cut on this project is the circle tag. It is from accent essentials. I used the drippy goo punch for the border around the bottom of the bags and Stuido G stamps for the tags.

Enjoy!

Ok, here it is! I had this idea kicking around since around the time this contest was announced. Being the procrastinator I am, I finally got it done. LOL I wanted to show a few versions of the same idea. I used mulberry for one, and vellum for the other 2. Hope you like it! http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/nn251/thecutstudio/candleshades.jpg

Now, here is my 2nd entry. It is a halloween tree centerpiece. I saw a kit to make a similar halloween tree from K and Company but thought I could make one better and cuter (or at least in my opinion) with my cricut. So, here it is. I hope it is okay that I got my idea from somewhere else and made it my own project.
