The first F.R.E.D. was crafted in Brian's driveway for his wife, who loved scrapbooking but suffered from herniated discs and neck pain. She started bringing F.R.E.D. to crops, where people frequently asked her where they could get one. Brian and Shawn decided to build an improved table with the input of a group of scrapbookers at a local crop. Out of this joint effort, inside a few NJ/PA garages and a machine shop, F.R.E.D. was born!
F.R.E.D.'s ANGLEDSay good-bye to the neck pain you experience after hours of scrapbooking. Since the table faces you at an angle, you can design layouts without having to bend over your pages or stand up to get a better view. The angle also lets you push the table back to create more workspace in front of you, while still having a great view of your layout as it grows.

F.R.E.D.'s MAGNETICThe removable steel mats each hold a page up to 12 x 14 in size. Your photos and embellishments are held onto the page with powerful magnets that keep everything in place until you're ready to glue. You can use several mats at once to design entire sections of your scrapbook, re-arranging your layouts as much as you like since nothing is permanently affixed to the pages.
F.R.E.D.'s PORTABLESimply fold the legs in and latch the tables shut like a briefcase. The mats and magnets can be stored right inside.
F.R.E.D.'s EXPANDABLEYou can connect as many tables together as you wish. Great for groups of friends and family who are working on a whole scrapbook together.
-----------------------------
FRED was created for Brian's wife who suffered a severe neck injury and had difficulty scrapbooking for more than a few minutes at a time. The table soon became a hit at every crop she attended. F.R.E.D. is handcrafted out of wood and steel materials to be sturdy enough to handle years of scrapbooking use. We held focus groups to obtain feedback and to ensure we understood what you, the customer, wanted. We modified the design when we could to accommodate any suggestion people brought to us. When it came to naming the table, we held a contest so our customers could put their final stamp on it. F.R.E.D., as it is now called, was built for really easy designing. F.R.E.D. will be there to help you design your pages, because after all, everybody needs a scrapping buddy.

While I had every intention of entering a project, I didn't intend for this one to be my entry. But my dear mb friends are urging me to enter it, so here it is! It's a tag for my hubbie's Valentine's Day gift -- a bulldozer! It comes in a box! LOL!

So excited to post my first item for your contest. I made a 10 x 10 box from chip board, bazzil paper and Autumn Leaves paper. I used Cricut Sampler, Stretch Your Imagination, and Doodlecharms. I hope it qualifies. My pic was too big for cricut website so I posted it on splitcoast. There are three views on that site. Hope you like it!

Thanks for posting these contests! I have been watching and waiting to participate and finally had some time.
Here is my first project for this wonderful challenge. So glad that I finally buckled down and worked on an assigned project. LOL http://mumofmanee.blogspot.com/2009/02/love-note.html
My 2nd project, and my favorite. I saw this quote on the web and immediately wanted to use it for all my babies. Used design studio for the simple green and black hearts, so they matched my special lettering in the phrase. Good luck to everyone. Regina, thanks for inspiring me to finally get my wall done!
